McMullen Award for Scholarship and Stewardship in Islamic Textiles to Dennis Dodds, President of the Organizing Committee of the Philadelphia Eighth International Conference on Oriental Carpets, Inc. University Provost Stanley Chodorow, with Mohamed Benaissa Ambassador of the Kingdom of Morocco to the United States.
Gallery Director Dilys Winegrad with Guest Curator Brooke Pickering of New York City. Collector Henri Crouzet discusses embroideries loaned by the museum of the Institut du Monde Arabe with Jo'lle LeMaistre, the Paris museum's textile curator.
