Caterers On the Web
The Purchasing Office has recently posted the list of approved
caterers on their home page. There are currently some 44 names on the
"constantly changing" list according to Carol Brandt. The URL is http://www.upenn.edu/purchasing/
. From there, one would look under Commodity Information and find
Catering Services. She said that the list will be updated as frequently
as needed to reflect the vendors' change in eligibility to serve the
University community.
