Guggenheim Fellow: Dr. Roseman, Music/Anthropology

Dr. Marina Roseman, assistant professor of music/anthropology, has won a John Simon Guggenheim Fellowship for 1996. She will study dream-songs and ceremonies of a Southeast Asian rainforest people in changing times. [With this award, how many Penn faculty have won Guggenheims over the years? The numbers are not clear, but a roster of known Fellows appears in this issue.--Ed.]
