Sociology's New Sackler Lecture

The Department of Sociology inaugurates the Beth and Richard Sackler Lecture on Friday, September 19, with a discussion of Expertise, Advocacy and Deliberation: Lessons from Welfare Reform by the noted welfare expert Mary Jo Bane, professor of public policy at Harvard's School of Government. She will speak at 4 p.m. in Room 285, McNeil Building.
