As Dr. Eugene Narmour returns to teaching, the new Associate Dean for
Humanities is Dr. Rebecca Bushnell of English. Dean Samuel Preston is
also assigning specific academic areas to each of the four Associate Deans;

Women of Color: March 6
Penn's and affiliated hospitals celebrate the National Women of Color
Day on March 6, as part of Women's History Month. To nominate members of

Reminder: Council Open Forum
The January 28 meeting of the University Council is the annual Open
Forum meeting any member of the University can attend. Those intending
to speak must contact the Office of the Secretary by Wednesday, January
