Human Resources Training: April/May

All training sessions (with the exception of New Staff Orientation) will be held at the Training & Development Center at 3624 Market Street, Suite 1B South.

April 16--Dealing with Difficult Customers; for all staff; 9 a.m.-12 p.m.

April 19--The Office Partnership; for staff assistants, administrative assistants and executive secretaries; 1:30-4:30 p.m. Also April 20, 21 and 22 (four half days).

April 19--Writing for Results; for all staff; 9 a.m.-noon. Also April 20, 21 and 22 (four half days).

April 23--New Staff Orientation; Faculty Club; 9 a.m.-12:15 p.m. Also May 20.

May 7--TimeQuest: Values-based Time Management; 9 a.m.-5 p.m.

May 7--Words at Work-The Latest in Business Writing; for supervisors and managers; 9 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Also May 14 and 21 (three half days).

May 13--Meeting Advantage; for supervisors and managers; 9 a.m.-5 p.m.

May 10--Powerful Presentation Skills; 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Also May 11 (two day program).

May 24--Person to Person-Creating Respectful Workplaces: A Workshop in Sexual Harassment Prevention; for managers and supervisors; 9 a.m.-1 p.m.
