Digestive and Liver Disease: Pilot and Feasibility Grant ProposalsPenn's Center for Molecular Studies in Digestive and Liver Disease seeks applications to its Pilot and Feasibility Grant Program. Proposals should be related to the focus of the Center, which encompasses molecular studies on the biology or disease of the alimentary tract, pancreas, and liver. Relevant investigations include those in developmental biology, nutrition, regulation of gene expression, growth, differentiation and carcinogenesis, the biology of stem cells, molecular genetics, gene therapy, and immunology, including growth factors and cytokines. Grants range from $10,000 to $15,000 for a twelve-month period, and are eligible for one competitive renewal. Penn, CHOP and Wistar faculty members with U.S. citizenship or permanent visas who meet the requirements below are invited to apply.
