We need your help. The Division of Business Services has launched an initiative to improve service delivery across its departments. In the coming weeks, we will conduct focus groups with students, faculty and administrators to find out exactly how we can serve you better. Listed below are the tentative dates for the focus groups in a variety of areas. If you interact with any of the following departments or use their services, please consider taking the time to tell us about your ideas, expectations, concerns, complaints, and so forth. We are dedicated to serving you better but can only do so with your help. All participants will have a chance of winning a special door prize. If you are available for any of the sessions, please sign up by contacting Elise Miller at MillerE@dolphin.upenn.edu as soon as possible.
