Military Leave Policy Revisions

Revisions have been made to the Military Leave Policy (Human Resources Policy 611) to further clarify benefits associated with military leave and to comply with changes in the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act of 1994. Revisions have been made to the Leave of Absence Without Pay Policy (Human Resources Policy 616) to further clarify the benefits associated with leaves of absence without pay and reinstatement provisions for staff members taking leaves of absence without pay. The revised policies can be accessed via the Human Resources website at www.hr.upenn.edu.
