Provost
Robert Barchi and Executive Vice President John Fry invite all members
of the Penn community to attend the next Strategic Plan Open Forum

Houston Hall. The Strategic Plan is scheduled to be published in
next week's Almanac and all are encouraged to provide input
during the "For Comment" period.
The
development of Penn's new strategic plan builds upon The Agenda
for Excellence (Almanac
May 1, 2001), which is available from Almanac's website,
www.upenn.edu/almanac
. It will provide a foundation for the University's next five-year
planning process.
