ISSUE HIGHLIGHTS: Tuesday, April 1, 2003 Volume 49 Number 27 www.upenn.edu/almanac Jeanne Arnold, has been appointed the new director of Affirmative Action. Two Inaugural chairs in chemistry have been announced: Dr. Christianson and Dr. Therien. Penn's Way 2003 has been a success. Honors include Women of Color and the Penn Alexander School. Human Resources announces changes in health care plans and new premium rates. Colleges Houses Offices and Housing Services Move; while PPSA calls for Nominations; and AWFA announces it's Awards Breakfast. PennERA moves toward implementation of Phase I.
