The new CEO for UPHS brings years of experience in academic health systems. The Rules for Final Exams now include guidelines for faculty to follow about posting grades while ensuring students' privacy. The final Council meeting of the semester will include committees' year-end reports as well as presentations on the Patriot Act. Research and Integrity Compliance will focus on grant management, research administration, and accounting practices. A Committee on Classified Research will review Penn's policies in light of the current climate and new legislation. Increasing Penn's commitment to purchase wind-generated energy is one of several initiatives underway to protect the environment.
