International Student and Scholars

The Office of International Programs (OIP) is redoubling efforts to obtain valid e-mail addresses for all international students and scholars on nonimmigrant visas at Penn.

On December 4, OIP sent an e-mail with holiday travel immigration advice to all Penn nonimmigrant students and scholars for whom it had valid email addresses. If you know of any international students or scholars in F, J, H, O, or TN nonimmigrant status who did not receive this message please encourage them to contact OIP at oipadm@pobox.upenn.edu with their names, school or departmental affiliation and valid e-mail address.

It is essential that OIP be able to communicate with all international students and scholars via e-mail to apprise them of important immigration and other regulatory requirements critical to their stay at Penn.

--Shalini Bhutani,
Director, International Student and Scholar Services, OIP
