Clarifications: The name of the newly created institute announced in the March 2 issue, is now the Penn Urban Research Institute. In the call from ADCC & IME for proposals, it should have read, "funding depends not only on scientific merit, but also on the likelihood that the pilots will lead to independent investigator initiated proposals." --Ed.
