Alumni Weekend Volunteers: May 14
Dear Colleagues,
Development and Alumni Relations needs additional volunteers to help staff Alumni Weekend events on Saturday, May 14. You can make a difference in making Alumni Weekend a huge success.
Working with our staff, volunteer duties include: greeting, assisting, and providing information to alumni and friends, registration at various events, and help with escorting and directing attendees.
Alumni Weekend continues to grow in attendance and number of events, which is a wonderful statement about the ongoing connection between our alumni and Penn. This opportunity, to volunteer and participate in the scheduled activities and educational programs, is a great way for employees to see Penn as it is seen through the eyes of our graduates. Being a part of Alumni Weekend is truly a rewarding experience.
With less than two weeks to go, we still have events where your help is needed. Benefits include: having fun; networking with Penn staff, alumni, and students; the opportunity to see the campus in a new and exciting way; and free food!
Please contact Jane Branton as soon as possible to sign up and commit your time for a few hours. Jane can be reached at jbranton@dev.upenn.edu or (215) 898-9733.
