SEPTA Strike: Contingency Plans

The Penn Transit Services’ contingency plan (Almanac October 25, 2005) offers alternatives to those who normally depend on SEPTA to get to Penn now that the employees of SEPTA’s Philadelphia transit division went on strike affecting SEPTA’s bus, subway, and El service inside  city limits in addition to suburban trolley and bus service operated by SEPTA’s Red Arrow and Frontier Divisions.
