(At left) A Japanese calligraphy demon-stration—one of the activities at this year’s Celebrate Japan! on September 29, 11 a.m.-4 p.m.—at the Penn Museum. The day also includes presentations on sushi preparation and flower arrangement, a kimono display and dressing lecture, and Japanese games.

This event is free with Museum admission donation ($8 general admission; $5 students and seniors; free for children under 6, Museum members and PennCard holders).
