Eat Right at the Club

Starting on March 18—and then every Tuesday thereafter—“Eat Right” at the University Club’s lunch buffet.

Thanks to the association with the Inn at Penn hotel, the Club is enjoying the benefit of sharing in the Hilton Eat Right® program which was designed to promote a healthy lifestyle by developing nutritionally focused recipes and menus. The Hilton Eat Right recipes were created in collaboration between Hilton chefs and Johnson & Wales University.

The recipes are not structured around current diet trends but around the concepts of balance, variety, and moderation of foods within each meal. Current health issues, such as heart disease, cancer, diabetes, and obesity are forcing food and beverage professionals to take a proactive approach to menu development. The Hilton Eat Right recipes were developed with this in mind.
