Women of Color in the Academy: Culture, Change, and Choice, a panel discussion about the climate for women of color in academia, the changes that have occurred over the years, and the career choices these women have made, will take place on March 20, 5–7:30 p.m., in the Golkin Room, 2nd floor, Houston Hall.

Panelists include: Judith Thomas, dean of social sciences & behavioral studies, Lincoln University; Loretta Sweet Jemmott, professor & director of nursing, Penn; Sheva Vakili, director, GSE-Executive Program, Penn; Neida Perez, Temple University, director, pre-professional health studies, and moderator: Mary Siantz, assistant dean of diversity & cultural affairs-nursing, Penn.
