This Friday, October 31, International House will host its Annual Halloween Costume Party. The time, from 6-8 p.m., is earlier than originally announced in the October AT PENN calendar, so get ready and come out in your best costume and dance to a spooky DJ beat. Appetizers will be served under the haunted glow of silent, scary movies. Wear your best costume and join the contest—there are prizes! Cash bar; must be 21 and over to drink alcohol.
