The Penn Museum will open three hours early on Sunday, November 16 (10 a.m.-4 p.m.) for the family day celebration: Harry Potter and the Magical Muggle Museum.
Visitors can earn a degree in wizardry by attending classes, including Professor Snape’s potions class, Professor Sprout’s greenhouse, and the Care of Magical Creatures. Visit the wonders of Diagon Alley and the dangers of Knockturn Alley. Create Luna Lovegood jewelry and magical amulets for protection. Take tours and scavenger hunts of magical artifacts in the muggle world, highlighting the use of magic across time and around the globe.
Activities are geared to all ages and are free with Museum admission donation.
