PennMOVES is in need of one last large push for volunteers. After having unloaded the first tractor trailer, we are limited on space and need help arranging the items in a manner that is conducive for a sale. Volunteer on Friday, May 29 for the day (or a large portion of the day) or any other time prior to the sale on June 6 and June 7. We are asking for all of your help; bring friends! PennMOVES is partnering with United Way of Southeastern Pennsylvania to hold a community sale on Saturday, June 6 and Sunday, June 7, open to faculty, staff and students, as well as the surrounding community. Proceeds will help organizations identified by the United Way. The sale will be held at the Penn Ice Rink, 3130 Walnut Street, 10 a.m.-2 p.m. In addition, bargain hunters can pay an early admittance fee for entry between 8-10 a.m. on Saturday.
