Free Trees for Philly: Sign Up Now	Print Issue

Penn is partnering with the City of Philadelphia to help Greenworks Philadelphia reach its goal of planting 300,000 new trees by 2015. Penn is now sponsoring a structured tree giveaway in partnership with Philadelphia Parks and Recreation and UC Green.  Penn faculty and staff may receive a free tree if they live within Philadelphia city limits and can plant it in their yard. A giveaway event will be held on March 31 with President Amy Gutmann and Philadelphia Mayor Michael Nutter.
