Today's Eat Local Challenge	Print Issue

Faculty, staff and students are encouraged to join Bon Appétit at Penn Dining today to support the 2012 Eat Local (Fish) Challenge. The challenge features a delicious lunch including dessert that is 100% local. Except for the salt and soda, all ingredients for this meal will come from within 150 miles of Penn. The challenge highlights the chefs' creativity, educates guests about their local, seasonal bounty, showcases local flavor and supports Penn's sustainability efforts.

It will take place in these cafés: Hill House and Kings Court will be 100% local; Houston Market and 1920 Commons will have local food options.

Door fees apply to non-dining plan participants, accepting cash or credit. Dining Dollars and PennCash are also accepted at Houston Market.
