Penn is ranked eighth overall among national universities—tied with Duke— in this year's US News & World Report rankings of colleges and universities. Harvard, Princeton and Yale topped the list.

The Wharton School has once again been ranked number 1 in the nation for its undergraduate business program. It was also ranked first in four of its specialities: Finance, Insurance, Marketing and Real Estate. It was ranked second for Entreprneurship, International Business, Management; third for Quantitative Analysis; fourth for Accounting and Production/Operations Management; and seventh for Management Information Systems.
