The University of Pennsylvania’s Division of Facilities & Real Estate Services is currently conducting a master plan for its retail real estate holdings. A key piece of this plan is incorporating the ideas, opinions and spending information of the University community. The information shared in the survey will be used to evaluate the retail opportunities on- and off-campus and plan for future needs.
