Penn’s traditional phone voice mail service will be discontinued in June 2014. If you dial 8-6423; V-OICE, to access your voice mail, please be aware that your voice mail equipment is no longer supported by the vendor and is being retired. To avoid disruptions in voice mail service, please contact the ISC Service Desk as soon as possible, (215) 746-6000 or telephone@isc.upenn.edu
If your traditional voice mail service includes any advanced features, such as Caller’s Menus (press 1 for …, press 2 for …, etc.), transfer mailboxes, listen only message mailboxes, etc., the ISC Service Desk will work with you to provide alternative applications.
