Tracking

Volunteer Impact Administration - http://admin.volunteer2.com
Log on page for campus administrators and/or community site managers to add and edit volunteer jobs, approve logged hours, and change administrative settings.

To print time sheets:
1. Log in to Volunteer Impact.
2. Click on "Manage" then "Hours Log..." then "View and Modify Logged Hours."
3. In the search form, select "Search entries that belong to a specific volunteer" in the first section and then choose the specfici volunteer whose hours your wish to print.
4. In the second section, select "Filter entries by the date they were logged for" and then put in the dates you want such as (10/01/2005-10/31/2005 for an Oct. time sheet).
5. In the third section select "The date the entries were logged for (oldest first)" - it's the fourth option.
6. Set the search parameters to return 250 entries per page.
7. Hit "Search"
8. Print the returned results.  Have the student sign and date the printout at the bottom of the page.  The Campus Administrator needs to sign and date the printout as well. 

For students, to log your hours: http://www.myvolunteerpage.com

For students, to create an account so you may log hours, go to MyVolunteerPage.com.  Then follow the steps below.
1. In the middle column, where it says "Find Volunteer Opportunities in your Community," type "Pennsylvania" in the search field. Click "Search."
2. You will be brought to another search page entitled "Pennsylvania - Search." Click on "Organization Name" under "Find Organizations By."
3. Enter the name of your college in the search box that appears.
4. After completing the search select your college/program.
5. Then click on "I would like to volunteer for this organization." (in Red letters at the bottom of the screen).
6. When asked whether you have an existing myvolunteerpage.com username and password, click "No."
7. Sign up for a myvolunteerpage.com username and password and log hours you've completed to date.

Setting Up Your Account
MyVolunteerPage.com has some key features of which you should take advantage.
Setting a Goal:
1. Click on My Profile tab at top of screen.
2. Click on "goals" and enter 450 hours as your goal. Set the dates to match your AmeriCorps Start Date and End Date.


To Log Hours

1. Go to myvolunteerpage.com and enter your username and password.
2. Click on the "My Hours Log" tab at the top.
3. Click on "Log New Hours" located just underneath the tabs.
4. Under Activity select the appropriate activity for which you wish to log hours. Then hit "save."
