The Netter Center has developed "Anchor Institutions Toolkit: A Guide to Neighborhood Revitalization." The Toolkit draws on Penn's experience in working to revitalize the West Philadelphia community in collaboration with a range of key stakeholders.

The purpose of Universities and Community Schools, a publication of the Center for Community Partnerships at the University of Pennsylvania, is to help establish an international informal "visible college" - or network of - academics and practitioners, working in different places and ways, to increase the contributions universities make to the development and effectiveness of community schools.
