Welcome! Penn provides a suite of resources for knowledge training to prepare faculty and staff to meet administrative, legal, compliance and certification requirements.

Knowledge Link (KL)

Knowledge Link is Penn's learning management system which provides access to classroom and web-based training for University and Penn Medicine employees.

Penn Profiler

Penn Profiler is the University’s web-based assessment that enables people to self-identify many of their work-related training needs. The survey should be completed annually by all University employees. Once completed, training identified and assigned by Penn Profiler can be accessed directly by trainees in Knowledge Link.

Knowledge Link Content Developers

A consortium of instructional designers, technologists and content developers across Penn and UPHS/Penn Medicine maintain several resources to help course providers create and present course content through Knowledge Link.
