Administrative e-Learning at Penn
Penn provides a suite of resources for knowledge
training to prepare faculty and staff to meet
administrative, legal, compliance and certification
requirements. Training also contributes to the
strengthening of skills and performance, and
the advancement of career opportunities.
Knowledge Link (KL)
Knowledge Link is Penn's learning management system which provides
access to classroom and web-based training for University and Penn
Medicine employees.
Penn Profiler
Penn Profiler is the University’s web-based survey that
enables people to self-identify many of their work-related training
needs. The survey should be completed annually by all University
employees. Once completed, training identified and assigned by
Penn Profiler can be accessed directly by trainees in Knowledge
