Getting Help with Penn+Box

Because Penn+Box is a cloud-hosted service, local support is limited to processing requests to enable apps, processing requests for account administration, and processing requests for adjustments to quota. Most support issues related to application functionality or use of the Box service can be addressed by visiting the Community & Help Pages. Leaving upenn.edu website which provide a comprehensive set of support documentaion and a mechanism for asking questions and requesting service enhancements and features.

LSPs can report issues related to the service performance or application functionality that are impacting a large population to ISC via the Provider Desk for escalation to Box.
