LSP Information: Resources & Support
Penn+Box is a cloud hosted service that offers contractually protected additional features and data security. Since ISC does not actually run the Box service, most support related to using the service and its supported apps can be found on the Box.com support site.
ISC provides administrative support for quota and application components that are specific to the Penn+Box service.
Help, tutorials, and web-hosted training at Box.com
Box provides a variety of support resources for end users and help desk technicians.

Each user of the Penn+Box service is allotted 50 GB of storage space. Individuals or teams who require more than 50 GB should work with their LSP to submit a request for additional space. LSPs can contact ISC Client Care to have requests for quota increases routed to ISC Networking & Telecommunications.
Apps that are enabled
Box.com offers dozens of apps that can be used with the service to facilitate collaboration and data management. The Penn+Box service has enabled a sub-set of these applications at the onset of the service. Penn's Box team will continue to evaluate apps to determine supportability and security risks related to each app and will consider requests as they are received.
Requesting additional Apps
If there is an app you are interested in having enabled, you can submit requests via a web-form.
Users who depart from Penn
When a person departs from Penn, his or her account is not automatically deleted from Penn+Box. School and center IT Staff should first make sure any critical data ownership is transferred from the departing staff person's account to another account, after which the account can be deleted.
