LSP Information: Resources & Support

Penn+Box is a cloud hosted service that offers contractually protected additional features and data security. Since ISC does not actually run the Box service, most support related to using the service and its supported apps can be found on the Box.com support site.

ISC provides administrative support for quota and application components that are specific to the Penn+Box service.

Box provides a variety of support resources for end users and help desk technicians.

Quota

Each user of the Penn+Box service is allotted 20 GB of storage space. Individuals or teams who require more than 20 GB should work with their LSP to submit a request for additional space. LSPs can contac the Provider Desk to have requests for quota increases routed to ISC Networking & Telecommunications.

Apps that are enabled

Box.com offers dozens of apps that can be used with the service to facilitate collaboration and data management. The Penn+Box service has enabled a sub-set of these applications at the onset of the service. Penn's Box team will continue to evaluate apps to determine supportability and security risks related to each app and will consider requests as they are received.
