Logging in with PennKey from iOS devices

Box Mobile on iOS defaults to a login screen that requests your Penn+Box account name and your local account password. To use PennKey for authentication:

• Select "I have an account"
• Then select "More login options"
• Then enter your Penn+Box account info and select continue. Your account must be entered as @upenn.edu.

Logging in with Android devices

To login to Penn+Box using your PennKey and Box for Android, simply select the "Single Sign On" option from the initial login screen.

Using a PIN

To protect content on Penn+Box, the service provides an added level of security by requiring use of a passcode when accessing the service via a mobile device such as an Android Phone, or an iPad.

After a 60 minute period of inactivity, you will be prompted to enter a passcode when attempting to reconnect to the service.
