ISC's Computing Resource Center

The Computing Resource Center (CRC) provides computing support services to Graduate and Professional students as well as undergraduate students who live off campus or in the Greek houses. It is also a distribution center for supported software to any person with a University affiliation. The CRC is a walk-in support service facility located in Suite 202 Sansom West (Grad Tower B), 3650 Chestnut Street.

Support includes diagnostics and remediation of issues related to performance and connectivity for supported operating systems and software. To limit risk of voiding vendor specific support contracts, the CRC does not provide support for hardware related issues.  These issues are referred to the appropriate vendor or to a 3rd party service provider located near campus.

Our entrance is located off Steve Murray's Way (mid-block between 36th and 37th on Chestnut). Please be sure to bring your PennCard for access to the building.
