First Call
First Call provides telephone and email support for desktop computing
and network connectivity Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00
a.m to 5:00 p.m to Graduate and Professional students as well as undergraduate students who live off campus or in a Greek House.
Supported clients may utilize these services by calling the
First Call Helpdesk at 215-573-4778 or emailing the Helpdesk at help@isc.upenn.edu.
Other clients may contact their
Local Support Providers (LSP).
