My InfoView panel freezes in Internet Explorer 8 when clicking on 'Document List.' Help!
If you can log into InfoView fine using IE8 but the browser freezes completely when you click on 'Document List,' it might just be an issue with how the IE8 zoom feature is set. In the lower right corner of the browser window, you can see the zoom setting. (See image below) The zoom setting must be at 100% for InfoView to work properly.
After you re-launch IE8, change the setting to 100% immediately and then log into InfoView as you normally would.
Note: The setting on this feature does not seem to be a problem with Firefox or IE7.
