If the "edit" function is greyed-out so that you are unable to click on it, you probably do not have permission to use the full editor in Webi. Please contact Data Administration to have them check on your access. If you did not originally request Webi when you submitted your access request form, you will need to submit an updated form. (Note that for some data collections, access to Webi may depend on prerequisite data training.)

If you are able to click on the "edit" function, and it looks like Webi is starting to launch, but nothing happens, there are a couple of things you can ask your local support provider to check for you:

1. Make sure you are using a supported version of the browser, and a supported version of java. See the Query Tools page for details.
2. Sometimes there is a conflict with virus checking software. Ask your local support provider to single out the URL for the Webi connection to have the anti-virus software bypass Webi.
