Why am I getting a "No data to fetch" message?

If you are fairly certain you should be getting results, check to make sure you have configured your query filters correctly.

For example, data is stored in the Warehouse predominantly in UPPER CASE LETTERS.

Another example, if you are entering a query filter for an accounting period in any of the financial data collections, use the MON-YY convention (e.g., DEC-10, for the December 2010 accounting period).

If you feel your query filters are indeed correct, you may want to check with your school/center access administrator or Data Administration to confirm that you have been granted access to the specific data you’re querying.
