Advancement Collection Data Diagrams

The ATLAS Data Collection is described in the following diagrams. Each diagram illustrates the architiecture of a specific segment of the data collection and identifies the join criteria between tables.

The PEOPLE diagram provides access to the core warehouse tables for reporting on individual constituents -- alumni, students, parents, and friends of Penn.

The ORG diagram presents the tables used for reporting organization specific data.

The GIFTS - DETAIL diagram presents the tables designed to present detail information about gifts and pledges to Penn.

The GIFTS-SUMMARY diagram presents the tables designed for analyzing donors' gift histories and other trends over time.
