Advancement Collection Refresh Schedule

Monday through Saturday the Advancement Data Collection refreshes at night starting around 7:00 P.M. Contingent on the daily gifts post to the general ledger, the refresh typically finishes in 3 hours. On Sunday, the refresh starts at 4:00 P.M.

Do Not run queries or reports during the time of the refresh as data may be incomplete. Users can refer to the load status page to find the latest status of specific refresh jobs.

The collection is typically NOT available during the hours:

7:00 P.M. EST through 11:30 P.M. EST Monday through Friday

4:00 P.M. EST through 11:30 P.M. EST on Saturday

4:00 P.M. EST through 9:00 P.M. EST on Sundays
