Express Mail Collection Refresh Schedule

The Express Mail data collection is a subset of the University Data Warehouse containing data from the Express Mail application. The Express Mail data collection contains current and historic information regarding packages shipped, their associated costs, and the General Ledger budget codes that those costs have been assigned to.

Source of the Data
The data in the Data Warehouse that is accessible via the Business Objects Express Mail universe comes from the Express Mail application following the successful feed to the General Ledger.

Time Span Covered
The Data Warehouse stores current as well as historical information on shipped packages and their related costs, as well as the General Ledger account where those costs reside. The collection contains transactions dated as early as May 20, 2008, falling into the JUN-08 accounting period, when the first UPS invoice was generated, and continues from that point, through the current open period.
