Warehouse Infrastructure Tables & Data Elements

There are a number of tables that are used throughout Warehouse processes, and which are not unique to a particular data collection or source system. While these infrastructure tables are not typically available to end users of the Warehouse, they are documented here for informational purposes. If you have questions about access to or contents of specific tables, contact Data Administration.

Tables are listed in alphabetical order. Select Table to obtain the explanation, common uses, primary keys, indexed data elements, and related tables for a table. Select Elements to obtain the definition, list of values, formats, and not null values for each data element in the table. A description of table and data element terminology is in the document What the Warehouse Contains.

User Access Administration

System owners may choose to make user-security related information available to school and center Access Administrators via the Warehouse, for their use in monitoring and maintenance activities. The following tables, available via the Business Objects User Access Reporting universe, are available only to Access Administrators or their designated backups (for a list of current Access Administrators, click here). Access Administrators should use the appropriate form to request access to this data.
