Learning Management Collection Data Diagram
A subset of the Learning Management collection
is presented in the Learning Management and Profiler diagram.
This subset, assembled for Business Objects users in the Learning
Management and Profiler Universe, includes the tables that are most frequently
used when creating ad hoc reports on Learning Management data. The diagram
illustrates the
architecture of the Universe, displaying the
tables that are included and the joins between the tables.
A table or view is shown in the diagram as a black-bordered box. The
table's name is shown in black; its Business Objects Class folder name
is shown in color if it differs from the table's name. A grey-shaded
box indicates a table from another data collection. (In addition
to data from the Learning Management collection, the Learning Management
and Profiler Universe provides access both to University employee
and job class data from the
Salary Management collection*, and to
University org. data from the General Ledger collection**.
Those who have access to the Learning Management
collection also have access to this University employee, job class,
and org. data.) A
box with a red or blue border indicates a Business Objects folder
storing multiple tables or views. A join is shown as a line between the
boxes for the joined tables. Labels in parentheses next
to the box for a table indicate that the Business Objects folder (Class)
for the table includes one or more Objects for data elements stored in
reference tables:

should be used.
Several tables in the Learning Management collection are available
for ad hoc reporting, but are not included in the Learning
Management and Profiler Universe, and are not illustrated in a diagram. Those using a query tool other than Business Objects can join tables
as needed.

documentation
for
a given
Learning Management table lists the related Learning Management tables
that can
be joined directly to it. |
