BUDGET_BASE_SEQUENCE_NUMBER

Indexed - yes
Format - number (9)
May be null? no

Uniquely identifies a record in the BUDGET_BASE table. Rather than Social Security Number or other key data, a sequence number is used because there are "open positions" in the Pillar data that have been assigned to dummy Social Security Numbers. It is not possible to guarantee uniqueness without using a sequence number. The sequence number is generated by SQL*Loader.

Note: the BUDGET_BASE table was last loaded with fiscal year 1997 data.
