Technical Support
If you have a problem connecting to the Warehouse, using the query tool (e.g., creating a query and formatting results), or understanding University data terminology, contact Data Administration.

Keeping up to Date
As resources permit, additional data collections will be added to the University Data Warehouse. As the Warehouse continues to grow, stay abreast of new developments through electronic mail from Data Warehouse and collection-related listservs.

Listservs
Upon receiving access to the Data Warehouse, all users are automatically subscribed to the ISC-WAREHOUSE. This electronic mail list announces the inclusion of new collections in the Warehouse, changes in warehouse availability, and other information of general interest.

Users of Data Warehouse collections are also automatically subscribed to collection-related listservs (such as FINQUERY-WH, STUDENT-WH) which announce changes to existing collections or inclusion of new elements, as well as changes in refresh cycles and collection availability. List members often discuss query methods and data questions via the lists as well.

If you are not receiving e-mail concerning general issues about the Warehouse or e-mail concerning a particular data collection, contact Data Administration to be added to the distribution lists.

User Groups
Users of data collections in the Data Warehouse are periodically invited to participate in group meetings to share experiences and questions review data element usage. In addition, smaller special interest groups may be formed to resolve specific collection-related issues. Warehouse users will be invited to meetings via collection-specific listservs.
