Results of our service monitoring of components of the PennO365 service are now available along with the rest of our monitoring of ISC services on the Current Service Status link above. We are still working on making available Microsoft service announcements about the service.
Update: 9/23/2016 11:30am We originally reported that the message delay problem was affecting mail being sent between PennO365 users. We later saw message delays for other scenario. Our vendor has not yet responded on this issue but we are not seeing the delays today.
9/22/2016 1:30pm - [Reported for the PennO365 service] We have seen isolated reports of mail delays for messages from one PennO365 user to another PennO365 user. It appears that the delay is happening with our message sanitation vendor and we have opened a ticket with them. We will send updates as they become available.
