How do I set my personal settings?

You can set and change the following personal options for webmail: Full Name, From address, Reply address, signature, and save sent-mail settings.

1. Getting Started

Click on "Options" from the menu bar on the top.

2. Access Personal Options

Choose "Personal Options" from the list of options.

3. Choosing Default Indentity

Choose the identity which you want to use. An identity is a saved set of personal options. Select "Default Identity" and click "edit your identities"

4. Selecting Identity to Edit

You can choose which identity to edit. Choose "Default Identity" from the dropdown box which says "Select an identity"

5. Changing the options

Your identities
Choose identity to edit. Keep it "Default identity" if not sure.

Identity's name
Label for this set of settings. Keep it "Default identity" if not sure.

Your Full Name:
Email sent from you will show that it's from this name

Your From: address:
Email sent from you will show that it's from this address

Your Reply-to: address:
If you want recepients to reply to a different email address, put it here

Your Signature
Text written here will be attached to the end of every email sent from webmail.

Precede yoru signature with dashes
Dashes will be added in your email to separate your body text and signature

Place your signature before replies and forwards?
Your signature will be inserted before other people's quoted text when replying or forwarding.

Save sent mail / Sent mail folder
You can choose to save email you send, and to which IMAP folder.
