How do I subscribe to a folder?
From within webmail:
- Go to the "Folder" Menu
- Click on "Show Unsubscribed folders"
- You should now be able to view all your unsubscribed mail folders
- Select the folder you wish to subscribe to (i.e. "Mail/caught-spam")
If you do not see your folder click on "Expand All"
- Choose "Subscribe to Folder(s)"
- Select folder from folder pull-down
- Go to the "Folder" Menu
- Click on "Show Unsubscribed folders"
