Why can't I update a meeting from my BlackBerry?

If your address is hidden from the Global Address List, you cannot update meetings from your BlackBerry. You can view meetings however. To update a meeting you must either un-hide your address from the GAL or use an Exchange client (Outlook/Entourage/OWA).

To un-hide your address from the GAL, contact your Local Service Provider and have them open a ticket with the ProDesk.
