I'm trying to make changes to a new account, why do I get an error?
If you are making changes to a new account and get the following error:
Encountered an error, please contact ISC Admin.
it's likely the new account hasn't replicated to all the stores yet. Wait at least 30 minutes and
try to make your changes again. If it still doesn't work, contact your
LSP and have them open a ticket
with the ProDesk.
